lyrics

Screen Shot ==> 222 ==> Let Them Eat Communion

All my meanings dance around me in circles
I am but the intention of my different parts
In competition for the center of all the attention
- The mush pot of me-ness

They play duck, duck, goose until swan songs are sung
The cows come home
Pigs of a feather fly together
The buffalo roam free again
And I see that damned ivory bill peckin a southern tree

This princely, stammering prance-pede
Hops center to center always
In mush pots of wondrous
And hopeful communication
Seething with joy
And daring not to forget her name
Or why we came

Dance on they do
With feet in shoes, not in mouths
Where tongues are in /all/ cheeks
Trees join in
As the wise elders leaf
Us behind
Happy to wipe our behinds clean
Knowing their time with us is lean
Chording with the rhythm of life
Harmonizing with the signatures of time

Accordingly, if you open to the waves
Of ancestors frequently loving us rhythmically
And seek the beach of your heart waters
Where the big blue sun offers nightly tidal prayers
Praying we will
Feast eyes and pour light on the shadows
Flowing outward from the radiant mushing pot
Of our atmospheric connection
Then prey we do
Don't you?
On mostly but more than /just/ what we are rewarded to

We facilitate ash and particularly particulate matter
From our grandest of parent
We offer apoplectic apology
Dancers dancing
In honesty's moment
With ancient flame and friend
And eyes fixed
Upon the many changes
Many miss

Each and every one wants sustained bliss
The question is then how best to manage a demand like this
